The Challenge

Agri-Green Farm Management helps farmers understand the true value locked in their soil. But their valuation process was entirely manual — soil sample data came in as spreadsheets, nutrient-to-dollar conversions were done by hand, and reports were assembled in Word documents. Every new client meant hours of repetitive calculation work that could be automated.

What We Built

We built a full-stack Soil Asset Recovery (SAR) portal with three user tiers: public visitors hit a lead funnel with instant estimates, farmers get a project dashboard tracking their soil valuations over time, and Agri-Green admins manage clients and run valuations at scale.

The AI engine converts raw soil sample data into dollar valuations using live fertilizer pricing data pulled through a custom MCP server connected to the FRED economic database. Reports generate automatically as branded PDFs with year-over-year comparisons, nutrient breakdowns, and recovery recommendations.
